Your cameraperson films that and then films you answering your phone, nodding your head, and saying whatever the conversation requires. Your editor mixes it together.

You're standing with a Famous Celebrity who has his/her arms around your shoulder, as a friend. You're in a room packed full of (xyz) merchandise, likely with the name of the celebrity on the merchandise.

Famous celebrity says to you while holding up one of their merchandise items:

Johnny, I'm giving you 2000 pairs of these with my name on them for you to sell on "Yard Sales on TV" up in Bakersfield. Just give these away to my Kern County fans for only $10 each. Give everyone one of these cards with your name, address and phone number so you can be reached when they need more to give as gifts to their friends.

Now I know you can easily do this Johnny because even down here in Hollywood people know about your "Yard Sales on TV" show that comes on bright house Ch:20 at 8:30pm Fridays.
